  • LE FLEUR LAB

Challenge: Develop a full-service creative agency from the ground up inside an established talent management firm.

Strategy: I began by analyzing our existing roster and identifying high-potential talent who could anchor premium campaigns. From there, I conceptualized and pitched elevated, bespoke brand partnerships designed to showcase a level of creativity and production value that set us apart from traditional talent agencies.

At the same time, I met with local and connected brands to assess their needs across branding, PR, content, and social strategy. This outreach secured our first official client, which became the cornerstone for expanding the agency’s credibility and capabilities.

To strengthen the talent side of the business, I provided complimentary social audits for several clients, improving their performance and revenue — which directly increased ours as well. Within six months, I built a functioning creative agency with retained clients, a defined service offering, and a growing pipeline of brand partnerships and production opportunities.
